Making your appointment

New patients are seen in-person in the office. Patients are required to leave a $100 deposit to secure their in person appointment which will be deducted from the visit fee. If you fail to show for your visit or give us less than 24 hours notice, this $100 deposit will be converted to a "no show fee". Please call the office at 212 794 2281 to schedule.

Referral

Please have your insurance information and referring doctor's information ready when making an appointment with us. This gives our staff adequate time to obtain any referrals necessary and to verify the details of your insurance plan. It is your responsibility to assure that all necessary referrals have been requested from your primary care provider in advance. If we do not have a referral on file 48 hours prior to the appointment, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and reschedule after the referral has been received. We are able to accommodate most urgent appointments that are referred by a physician. Appointments are usually available within a 1-2 week period. We offer convenient early morning and evening appointments.
